Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://aquiks.co.uk.

1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once delivery or access has been provided.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Custom software or plugins

  • Website development services

  • Design services

  • Digital subscriptions

  • SaaS services

  • API services

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered

  • The product was technically defective and unusable

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Payment error occurred due to system fault

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated. If a service or product has already been delivered, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback.

6. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
