1. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once delivery or access has been provided.
We do not offer refunds for:
Downloadable digital products
Custom software or plugins
Website development services
Design services
Digital subscriptions
SaaS services
API services
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if:
The service was not delivered
The product was technically defective and unusable
Duplicate payment was made
Payment error occurred due to system fault
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
